    There are three levels of professional competency: beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Only certified bus customer service staff can perform the work.

  • International Training Centers

    Yutong established its first training center in Zhengzhou, China in 2007. By 2025, its international training centers had conducted 175 sessions totaling 1,406 training days, serving 142 service stations and 164 customers across 51 countries and regions, with 992 participants trained.
