Since the delivery of 400 battery electric buses in September 2025, several operational issues have been identified during daily service, including minor vehicle scratches, failure to switch off power handles after operation, and improper handling of door-lock systems. While previous training programs delivered improvements, the incidents also highlighted the need for stronger driver engagement and more practical training to help drivers adapt to electric vehicle operation standards and driving practices.

The event also reflects Yutong’s long-term commitment to the Pakistani market. Through an integrated training system combining lifecycle-based courses, digital learning tools and onsite practical training, Yutong continues to strengthen the capabilities of both its local service teams and customer operators. To date, Yutong has delivered more than 80 training sessions in Pakistan, reaching over 1,000 participants. By improving service expertise and maintenance capabilities, Yutong helps customers enhance operational reliability and reduce operating costs.
