Recently, KTS, an operating service provider in Pakpattan city, Punjab province, Pakistan, held a one-year anniversary celebration for electric city bus operations. At the event, KTS honored teams that made outstanding contributions to ensuring the fleet's efficient operation over the past year. The Yutong service team received high recognition from the client for its excellent performance and was awarded the "Best Performance Award" by the KTS operator.

These 15 electric buses, which have operated smoothly for a full year, are part of the first batch delivered from Yutong's 400 electric buses launched by Punjab Province last year. Daily operations are managed by KTS, while Yutong and the OEM primarily handle vehicle maintenance and repair support. This award not only honors Yutong's after - sales service team but also reflects KTS's high recognition of Yutong's comprehensive after - sales service system.

The  high  operational  performance  of Yutong's  pure  electric  citybuses  across  Punjab  is backed by the strong support of Yutong's "Enroute+ service system" in medium and small cities. Throughout project implementation, Yutong's service team has remained on the front lines, actively guiding operators on  proper vehicle  usage to standardize operating  habits and reduce potential faults at the source.  Meanwhile, leveraging a localized service network, Yutong has established a mixed team of Chinese and local engineers in Pakistan, enabling 24x7 rapid response. This dual support—timely maintenance combined with guidance on correct operation—has provided a solid foundation for the smooth operation of KTS buses, allowing customers to truly experience that Yutong delivers not just vehicles, but also the confidence needed for continuous and stable operations.
